1. Scope and Acceptance of These Official Rules
These Official Rules govern participation in Dogg House Casino sweepstakes promotions. By collecting, using or attempting to redeem Dogg Cash, you agree to these Official Rules, the Terms of Use and any promotion-specific conditions.
Promotion-specific terms may supplement these Official Rules. If a promotion-specific term conflicts with these Official Rules, the promotion-specific term will control for that promotion to the extent permitted by law.
2. Eligibility and Location Restrictions
Participation is limited to people who:
- are legal residents of the United States;
- are at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
- are physically located in an eligible jurisdiction;
- maintain an active and valid platform account;
- comply with the Official Rules and Terms of Use; and
- are not disqualified employees, representatives, immediate family members or household members of the sponsor and its affiliates.
Restricted states currently listed
Arizona, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York and Tennessee. Participation is also unavailable wherever prohibited by law.
Opening the platform or creating an account does not by itself establish sweepstakes eligibility. We may verify physical location when DCH is collected, played or redeemed.
3. Dogg Coins and Dogg Cash Explained
Dogg Coins
Dogg Coins are the standard freemium currency used on the platform. They are used for social casino play and are not redeemable for cash or external prizes.
Dogg Cash (DCH)
Dogg Cash is promotional sweepstakes currency. DCH cannot be purchased directly. Eligible DCH may be used in qualifying sweepstakes games, and resulting eligible balances may be submitted for prize redemption after applicable play, verification and approval requirements are satisfied.
Virtual currency is not a bank deposit, stored-value account or guaranteed cash balance. A displayed DCH amount is not an approved prize until we confirm eligibility and approve the redemption.
4. How Dogg Cash May Be Collected
Free bonus with marked Dogg Coin packages
Some marked Dogg Coin packages may include DCH as a free promotional bonus. The purchase is for Dogg Coins, not DCH, and purchases are final except where otherwise required by law.
No-cost giveaways
Promotional DCH may be offered through official social media, marketing campaigns or special events. Individual promotions may have separate dates, eligibility conditions and claim steps.
Zero-balance grant
We may offer a grant of 1.00 DCH once every 24 hours for an eligible participant with a zero DCH balance and no pending prize. We may modify or discontinue the amount or availability at any time.
Mail-in alternative method of entry
A handwritten no-purchase request may be available. Each approved request awards 3 DCH, limited to 30 DCH per calendar month. Requests must follow the operator’s exact current formatting, timing and delivery requirements.
Follow the current mailing instructions exactly. An incomplete, illegible, late, duplicated or otherwise non-compliant request may be rejected.
5. Using DCH in Sweepstakes Games
Only DCH used in eligible sweepstakes games can generate additional DCH that may qualify for prize redemption. Game odds vary and should be reviewed before play.
Conduct that may lead to forfeiture, suspension or account closure includes:
- automated or scripted play;
- multiple or duplicate accounts;
- collusion, account sharing or coordinated abuse;
- location masking or false eligibility information;
- manipulating promotions, bonuses or entry requests;
- using another person’s identity or payment information; and
- interfering with platform systems or game outcomes.
6. Verification and Winner Confirmation
A participant is not a confirmed winner merely because a potentially redeemable balance appears in an account. We may require completion of identity and eligibility verification before approving a prize.

- date-of-birth and age confirmation;
- proof of residential address;
- physical-location and state-eligibility checks;
- confirmation of account ownership; and
- fraud, sanctions or duplicate-account screening.

7. Prize Redemption, Processing and Taxes
Prize requests remain subject to eligibility, sufficient qualifying balance, any required gameplay, identity verification, account review and final operator approval.

- We may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value where permitted by law.
- Processing fees may apply.
- Winners are responsible for applicable federal, state and local taxes.
- Processing may take up to 30 days and may take longer for prizes of $500 or more.
- We generally process no more than one prize per account every five days.
Taxes and records
We may request tax documentation and report prizes where required by law. Participants are responsible for their own tax obligations and should retain relevant records.
8. Disputes, Publicity and Rule Changes
These Official Rules incorporate the platform Terms of Use, including dispute provisions that may contain binding arbitration and a class-action waiver.
Where permitted by law, verified winners may grant the sponsor permission to use their name, likeness and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
We may suspend, cancel or modify a promotion when fraud, technical failures, legal changes or circumstances beyond its control affect administration or fairness. These Official Rules are governed by Delaware law, subject to applicable mandatory law.

Does every DCH balance qualify for redemption?+
No. The balance must satisfy applicable gameplay, eligibility, verification and approval requirements. A displayed balance is not an approved prize.
Why can a redemption be delayed or denied?+
Possible reasons include incomplete verification, an ineligible location, duplicate accounts, promotional abuse, inaccurate account information or a pending compliance review.
