1. Agreement and Incorporated Policies
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Dogg House Casino & Sportsbook regarding your access to the website, applications, account, games, promotions and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”
The following documents are incorporated into these Terms where applicable:
- our Privacy Policy;
- the Sweepstakes Official Rules;
- our Responsible Social Gameplay policy;
- game-specific, promotion-specific and purchase-specific terms displayed in the Service.
If a promotion or game has additional terms, those additional terms apply to that feature. These Terms control if an incorporated policy conflicts with them, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Changes to the Terms or Service
We may update these Terms when the Service, laws, payment arrangements, promotions or business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and request account closure.
3. Eligibility and Geographic Restrictions
To use the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old or the higher legal age of majority applicable to you;
- you are physically located in the United States and are permitted to use the relevant feature;
- your registration and verification information is accurate, current and complete;
- you use the Service only in your personal capacity for entertainment;
- you are not prohibited by law, sanctions, court order or these Terms from using the Service; and
- you will not permit a minor or ineligible person to use your account.
Social casino availability and sweepstakes eligibility are not identical. Sweepstakes and Dogg Cash features may be unavailable in states listed in the Sweepstakes Official Rules.
4. Limited License to Use the Service
Subject to continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful private entertainment.
The Service is licensed, not sold. You receive no ownership interest in the platform, software, games, account, virtual items, brands, content or underlying technology.
5. Virtual Currency and Digital Items
Standard virtual coins
Dogg Coins, chips, credits, points and similar standard virtual items are licensed for use only within the Service. They are not money, deposits, stored value, securities or property and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash or external goods.
Dogg Cash and sweepstakes entries
Dogg Cash, abbreviated DCH, is promotional sweepstakes currency governed by the Sweepstakes Official Rules. DCH cannot be purchased directly. A displayed DCH balance is not an approved prize and remains subject to eligible play, location, verification and redemption requirements.
Balance adjustments
We may correct virtual balances affected by fraud, duplicate crediting, chargebacks, errors, malfunctions, prohibited activity or breach of these Terms. Virtual items may be changed, suspended or discontinued to the extent permitted by law.
6. User Accounts and Security
- Only one account is permitted per person unless we authorize otherwise in writing.
- You must provide truthful information and keep your name, email, phone number and address current.
- The registered name must match information used for identity verification and authorized payment methods.
- You may not sell, rent, share, trade or transfer an account.
- You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account.
- Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, a lost device or compromised credentials.
- Do not create a replacement account if you lose access; contact support for account recovery.
We may refuse registration or suspend, restrict or close accounts to protect users, enforce these Terms, complete verification, investigate abuse or satisfy legal requirements.
7. Optional Purchases, Billing and Refunds
No purchase is required to register or access free-play social casino games. Optional purchases may increase the amount of licensed Dogg Coins available for entertainment or unlock identified features.
- Purchases are charged in United States dollars.
- You must use an authorized payment method that belongs to you.
- The payment name may be required to match your verified account name.
- Third-party payment processors may process and securely store payment credentials.
- Purchase confirmations may be displayed in the Service and sent to your account email.
- Purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a specific offer.
Unauthorized chargebacks, payment fraud or repeated payment disputes may result in account restriction, balance adjustment or collection of amounts lawfully owed.
8. Games, Results and Game-Specific Rules
Individual games may include rules, pay tables, odds, instructions and feature limitations displayed in the Service. Review them before play.
The result recorded by our server is the authoritative result if it differs from a display on a device. Gameplay affected by a confirmed error, interruption, duplicate credit, misconfiguration or malfunction may be corrected or voided.
9. Promotions, Bonuses and Sweepstakes
Promotions, contests, bonuses and special offers may have separate eligibility rules, dates, claim methods, expiration periods and play requirements.
We may deny, cancel or recover promotional benefits obtained through duplicate accounts, false information, collusion, automation, location masking, payment abuse or manipulation of an offer.
Sweepstakes participation and prize redemption are governed by the Sweepstakes Official Rules. No purchase is necessary to participate through an eligible no-purchase method.
10. Identity, Age and Location Verification
We or authorized service providers may verify identity, age, address, account ownership, payment authorization, location and eligibility when reasonably required.
Verification may require government-issued identification, proof of residential address, confirmation of payment ownership or device location services. Submit sensitive documents only through a secure method provided by us.
Access, purchases, promotions or prize requests may remain restricted while verification is incomplete. Failure to provide accurate requested information may result in denial, suspension or account closure.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- use bots, scripts, automation, emulators or unauthorized software;
- open or operate duplicate, shared, transferred or coordinated accounts;
- misrepresent identity, age, address, location or payment ownership;
- use a VPN, proxy or other tool to evade geographic restrictions;
- exploit errors, reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the Service;
- coordinate play, collude or manipulate promotions or sweepstakes entries;
- engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering or unlawful activity;
- harass users or staff, upload unlawful content or infringe another person’s rights;
- sell, transfer or exchange accounts, virtual items, rewards or eligibility documents.
We may investigate suspected violations using account records, devices, location signals, purchase information, gameplay patterns and other relevant information consistent with our Privacy Policy.
12. User Content and Communications
You remain responsible for content you submit, post or transmit through the Service. You must have the necessary rights and must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, threatening, abusive or harmful content.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, modify and distribute submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, moderate and promote the Service, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may remove content or restrict related accounts when content violates these Terms or creates legal, security or safety concerns.
13. Intellectual Property and Copyright Notices
The Service, games, software, graphics, music, designs, text, brands, characters, audiovisual materials and related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
A copyright complaint should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement made under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature.
Send copyright notices to support@dogghousecasino.org with the subject “Copyright Notice.” Knowingly false notices may create legal liability.
14. Third-Party Platforms and Services
The Service may use or link to payment processors, identity providers, app stores, social networks, analytics services, advertisers or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or conduct except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded. A third-party link does not automatically mean we endorse every statement or service available at the destination.
15. Service Availability, Errors and Corrections
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation.
We may suspend features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, technical issues or business reasons. We may correct errors affecting games, pricing, offers, balances, results or prize displays.
If a system or game malfunction materially affects gameplay, we may void the affected activity and restore the account to the position it would reasonably have held without the error.
16. Dormancy, Suspension and Account Closure
An account may be considered dormant after 60 consecutive days without qualifying gameplay activity. Licensed standard virtual balances may expire when an account becomes dormant, subject to applicable law and any specific promotion terms.
You may request account closure through Contact Support. Closure ends your license to use the account and may result in forfeiture of non-redeemable virtual items.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, security concerns, failed verification, legal requirements, prolonged inactivity or discontinuation of the Service. Sections intended by their nature to survive termination remain effective.
17. Disclaimers, Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so they may not fully apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliates, licensors, providers, officers, employees or agents will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity arising from use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us during the 12 months before the claim or USD $100, unless applicable law requires a higher amount.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and related parties from third-party claims resulting from your unlawful conduct, content, breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
18. Informal Resolution, Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully.
Except for eligible small-claims matters and requests for urgent injunctive relief, disputes must be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective or representative action.
Informal dispute notice
Before filing arbitration, the complaining party must send a written notice describing the account, facts, dates, requested relief and contact information. Send notices to support@dogghousecasino.org or the mailing address in Section 20. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days.
Individual arbitration
Unresolved disputes will be administered by JAMS under its applicable consumer arbitration rules and the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration may be conducted remotely unless an in-person hearing is required. The arbitrator may grant relief available on an individual basis but may not combine claims or award relief for persons who are not parties.
Small claims
Either party may bring an individual claim in an eligible small-claims court so long as the matter remains within that court’s jurisdiction and is not transferred, removed or appealed to a court of general jurisdiction.
Thirty-day opt-out
You may opt out of this arbitration section within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. Send a message titled “Arbitration Opt-Out” to support@dogghousecasino.org or mail a signed notice. Include your full name, account email, mailing address and a clear statement that you reject the arbitration agreement. Opting out does not affect the remaining Terms.
Class-action waiver
Disputes may proceed only on an individual basis. Neither party may act as a class representative or member or seek relief on behalf of other users. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will be decided by a court after any arbitrable claims are completed.
19. General Legal Terms
- Governing law: Delaware law governs these Terms, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration provision and mandatory local law continues to apply where required.
- Forum: Claims not subject to arbitration must be brought in an appropriate state or federal court in Delaware, unless applicable law requires another forum.
- Severability: An unenforceable provision will be modified or severed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in effect.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of the Service.
- No waiver: A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
- Entire agreement: These Terms and incorporated policies form the complete agreement regarding the Service and replace earlier agreements on the same subject.
